Welcome to the 1st Take Back 30 Day Challenge

This challenge is being brought you to by the hard work and dedication of Tracey Webber and Ivana Kadija.

A little info about us:

Tracey WebbePersonal Development Specialist, Motivational Teacher, and Real Foods Chef

Tracey Webber is the founder of EAT! and a former corporate professional who, after much soul searching, left a successful high-energy corporate career to do what she is passionate about: helping busy professionals to stop feeling stuck and start feeling like they can bring their A game into any situation – without making drastic changes or giving up wine and chocolates.

For years, Tracey suffered from fatigue, foggy brain, thyroid disease, migraines, and weight gain all brought on by her diet and lifestyle. Today, Tracey no longer suffers from any of these symptoms and is living a life of abundance. She helps her clients overcome these same issues.

“Unlike the programs you’ve tried in the past, I’ll teach you how to get unstuck, double your energy, and feel a decade younger. You will break through limiting beliefs and gain the skills and knowledge you need so that you can be in control, instead of life and food controlling you.”

Tracey has helped hundreds of people transform their lives.  She is a motivational teacher who conducts group and individual programs on topics such as health, weight loss, life balance, personal leadership, and cooking. She has a long list of credentials, but life has been her greatest learning experience. Her clients feel great and are amazed by how quickly they can achieve their goals.

Ivana Kadija – Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor, Children’s Health Advocate & Chair of the Charlottesville School Health Advisory Board.

Before founding the health and wellness network yourishment.com, Ivana was a NYC marketing executive. Her first-hand knowledge of advertising culture now helps busy individuals sort through nutritional and health misinformation in the media. Trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, today she helps clients create a completely personalized, evidence-based “roadmap to health” that suits their (and their family’s) unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Ivana teaches how diet affects our bodies, minds, and feelings. It is the cornerstone of a healthy society. As Chair of the Charlottesville Schools Health Advisory Board, Ivana helped bring fresh fruits and vegetables to Clark Elementary in 2009, gathered over 1000 community members in support of a petition reducing sugary foods in schools, and led the comprehensive and coordinated revision of the city schools’ Wellness Policy and Regulations (approved 12/1/11).

In addition to her advocacy work on child nutrition, Ivana conducts group and individual nutrition and lifestyle programs; lectures widely on topics such as food addiction, weight loss, eating for energy, child nutrition and diabetes prevention; and teaches label reading classes.

“… how many years I went without knowing how good I could feel and be. If only my parents knew the simple changes we could have made to become healthier – My feeling is we would not have all become obese and we would have been even more active, and we would have been happier.”

- client Wendy Edwards, who lost 50lbs in 3.5 months
